Understanding Anxiety

In itself, anxiety is a normal, natural and sometimes necessary emotion. It is a natural response to stress or danger. Anxiety helps us cope in tense situations, and can even motivate us to work harder or stay focused on solving problems in our life. Anxiety is only a problem when it becomes excessive and overwhelming, impacting our daily life.

If you feel that worries and fears are preventing you from living your life the way you’d like then counselling can help.
